Territory Toons · Android game and support website

1. Who this policy covers

Vineel Krishna Vadlamudi is the developer and operator of Territory Toons. This policy explains how he handles information in the regular Android game and on this support website. For privacy questions, contact [email protected].

You can play the core game offline. Your game progress is saved on your device. Optional rewarded ads use Google services and require an internet connection.

The entered birth date is used for an age check and is not saved or sent by the game. Age-treatment and consent signals are provided to Google for advertising privacy choices.

No player account is required for the offline game. Online rooms are not part of the current Android release preparation. If a future version introduces online accounts or rooms, this policy will be updated to describe their data handling.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores progress, settings, current and recent match information, challenge results, earned costumes, equipped appearances and reward transaction records on your device. These records keep the game working, restore an unfinished match and prevent the same ad reward from being granted twice. A locally generated guest identifier is also retained by the game’s room framework; no Territory Toons room server is configured in the current build.

The game keeps local session and diagnostic logs, such as game version, device and engine information, settings, moves and error or crash details, to help investigate problems. Test builds may let you view and copy a report. The game does not automatically upload these local reports to Territory Toons.

Android backup or device-transfer services may back up and restore eligible game files, depending on your device settings and the operating system. Their handling is governed by the backup provider’s terms and privacy policy.

3. Optional rewarded advertising

Territory Toons uses Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform for optional rewarded ads and advertising privacy choices. Rewards include Undo and access to past Daily Challenges. Test versions may show sample ads instead of live ads.

When Google’s services are contacted, they may process your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app identifiers permitted by the configuration, app and ad interactions, performance or diagnostic information, and consent or age-treatment signals. This supports ad delivery, measurement, consent management, security and fraud prevention. Ad-related data is sent to Google and applicable advertising providers through its services.

The current Android configuration removes the Android advertising ID permission, requests general-audience-rated ad content and applies child-directed ad treatment to every player. It does not enable interest-based personalized advertising. These protections do not mean that Google receives no information. Advertising requests are gated on Google’s consent status and the game’s completed age check.

Google encrypts Mobile Ads SDK data in transit using TLS. Its collection, retention and processing are described in Google’s Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Where a consent message is presented, it provides further information about the relevant providers and choices. Opening an advertiser’s website or another app is subject to that service’s privacy policy.

4. Age checks and children’s privacy

The game is intended for children and adults. Its neutral age check uses the date entered on the device to determine whether the player is under 18 or 18 and over. The game does not save or transmit that exact date, birth year or exact age. It saves only the resulting age group or the fact that the check was skipped.

Under-18 players receive under-age consent treatment through Google’s privacy service. All players receive the child-directed advertising treatment described above. If the age check is skipped, rewarded ads stay unavailable and core offline play remains available. A player can reopen the check through the game’s Privacy settings. On a shared device, update the age check before a different player uses rewarded ads.

The offline game does not ask children for a name, email, phone number, photograph or precise location. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information, including information sent to support. Please do not include a child’s full birth date or unnecessary identifying information in an email.

5. Recaps and support messages

Recap images and videos are generated locally. Saving a recap to your gallery or choosing the device’s share action is controlled by you. When you share, the selected file is provided to the destination app or service you choose. Copies in your gallery or another service must be managed there.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the message, attachments or diagnostic information you choose to send. We use them to answer your question, investigate issues and maintain necessary support records. Our support mailbox uses Gmail, which also processes email under Google’s policies. We do not use support messages to build advertising profiles or add you to a marketing mailing list.

6. Retention, deletion and security

Local game data remains until it is replaced during play, cleared through Android’s app storage controls or removed when the app is uninstalled, subject to any operating-system backup and restore. Support messages are retained for as long as needed to resolve the request and maintain necessary support, security or legal records. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to address a dispute.

How to delete your data

  • Local progress and preferences: open Android Settings → Apps → Territory Toons → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device). This deletes saved progress, costumes earned in that save, match records, local logs and age/privacy preferences. Uninstalling also removes the app’s local data, subject to Android backup and restore.
  • Recaps and backups: delete exported images or videos from your gallery and chosen destinations. Manage device or cloud backups through the relevant backup provider. These copies may remain after clearing or uninstalling the game.
  • Information sent to support: email [email protected] with the subject “Territory Toons data deletion request.” Identify the support conversation or information you want deleted. Please do not send passwords, identity documents or a child’s full birth date. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information.
  • Information held by Google or another service: use that provider’s privacy controls or contact process. Uninstalling the game does not itself delete provider-held records; their retention and deletion policies apply.

No player account is required for the offline game, and we do not operate a cloud progress account for it. We cannot remotely erase your device’s local save. Clearing storage removes progress as well as local age and privacy preferences.

The app uses Android’s app storage protections for local data and HTTPS/TLS for Google service traffic. We limit information requested for support to what is useful for the issue. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your privacy choices

  • Play offline: core offline play does not require a rewarded ad or a player account.
  • Skip or update the age check: use the game’s Privacy screen. Skipping leaves rewarded ads unavailable.
  • Manage advertising consent: where Google requires a privacy-options entry point, open it from the game’s Privacy screen to review or change the available choices.
  • Control your device data: use Android’s app storage, backup and advertising privacy controls. Clearing app storage also deletes saved game progress.
  • Ask about your information: email us for access, correction or deletion of information you sent to support. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, including the right to object, withdraw consent or complain to a data-protection authority.

Google and its providers may process information in countries outside your own under their applicable safeguards and policies. We use information for the purposes described here and do not sell player contact details or local game saves.

8. This support website

This website does not add advertising, custom analytics scripts, marketing cookies, a sign-up form or a player account. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process ordinary request information, such as IP address and browser details, and use operational logs or security cookies to deliver and protect the site. Its handling of this information is described in Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy. Clicking the email link opens your chosen email service; no support message is sent automatically.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the game’s information practices change and revise the date above. If a change requires a new notice or consent, it will be provided as appropriate.
